We take sourcing seriously. Every espresso on the bar is single-origin, rotated when something better comes in. We pull shots shorter than most, which means more sweetness, less bite. If you want to know where the beans are from, ask the person making your drink.
Newport needed a place where you could get a genuinely good coffee and still feel like you belonged there on a Tuesday morning. That's what we built. Friendly is not a compromise. It's the point.
Pastries come in fresh daily. Nothing on the case that we wouldn't eat ourselves before noon.
